We’re on James Street in Northbridge, close enough to the Perth Cultural Centre and Yagan Square that a wander after checking in barely counts as an outing. The CBD is an easy stroll across the Horseshoe Bridge with Perth Station about 10 minutes on foot

Shadow Bar & Kitchen bridges old-school Italian trattoria with something a little more inventive. Downstairs, our Lobby Bar keeps things quieter with barista coffee and a proper pot of loose-leaf tea, while the Rooftop Terrace takes the same menu up top with a view.
Parking & Directions
CPP State Library car park is right next door, open until midnight Sunday to Thursday and 24 hours on weekends, plus street parking runs along James, William and Francis Streets too. The airport is about 20 minutes by car, or 18 minutes on the train for anyone travelling light.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in opens at 3PM, check-out wraps by 11AM, and we can sort same-day laundry if it’s dropped off before 8AM on weekdays. Guests get complimentary access to nearby fitness facilities at Chris Wilson PT for anyone who can’t skip a workout.
Venues & Events
We keep things small here! 20 guests is about as big as it gets, and that’s rather the point. The Lobby Bar and Mezzanine Lounge make for an easy, relaxed get-together, the Rooftop Terrace adds a view when the occasion calls for one, and Shadow Bar & Kitchen can be booked for a private dinner.
