While we don’t have an ATM in the hotel there are a number within a 2-minute walk – the majority being located just down James Street. We can point you in the right direction.

Chemist / Pharmacy
Busy Bee Pharmacy is just across the road on William Street and open 7 days. If its late and you’re in need of a 24-hour pharmacy, Beaufort St 24 Hour Chemist is located about 5 minutes’ drive away at 647 Beaufort Street Mt Lawley.
Cinema
Palace Cinema is just 500m from our front door at Raine Square. Palace features high quality international and local art house movies, mainstream titles, events, and film festivals. We recommend going Platinum and making use of the private bar and fully reclining leather seats.

Cycling
Doctors, Dentists, Physio
Northbridge Medical Centre is open 7 days a week, located just around the corner at 154 Newcastle St. You can book online here.
After Hours Medical is an on call overnight service available from 6pm until 8am.
City Central Medical is a short 10-minute walk from the hotel, with a doctor, dentist, and physio all under one roof.
Emergency Hospital
In the event of an emergency, please dial 000. Alternatively, our local police can be contacted on 131 444. Our closest hospital is Royal Perth Hospital.
Golf
If you’re in need of a fix, Wembley Golf course is rated as Perth’s best public course.
Gym
Surge Fitness 24 hr Gym – an 8-minute walk from our doorstep and open 24 hours, Surge is perfectly located for those that need to work up a sweat.
Goodlife Health Club Murray Street – with tonnes of classes and 24/7 access, Goodlife is another great spot if you’re looking for a workout.
Groceries
Coles is just on the other side of Kings Square, within Raine Square shopping centre. Just head south on William Street or ask us to point you in the right direction. Opening hours are 8am – 9pm, Mon – Sat and 11am – 5pm Sun.
Hair Dresser
Guys – we recommend Westons Barber Shop a little way North down William Street.
Ladies – Located a short walk away in the centre of the city is Head Studio. Call 9481 6464 or jump online – they’ve even got an in-house barista and serve sangria on Fridays!
Jogging
We recommend heading up William Street to Hyde Park, jogging along the river at Elizabeth Quay or next to the wildflower at Kings Park.
Nails
Stroll through the cultural centre and then catch the 950 Bus up to our go-to nail salon, Nails on Beaufort.
Out & About
We’re proud locals and love sharing so feel free to ask us for our recommendations. We are just a few steps away from Perth’s best museum, galleries, theatres, shopping, bars and more.
Post Office
The nearest Australia Post Office is located just around the corner at 45 Francis Street, Northbridge.
Quintessential Perth
Cottesloe Beach: Perth’s iconic Cottesloe Beach is as pretty as a picture. It’s one of the city’s most popular spots for swimming, snorkelling, surfing and drinking in ocean sunsets over a glass of wine, a refreshing beer or a relaxed dinner. Plus, you can get there by train or bus, straight from the city!
The Bell Tower: A must see tourist attraction of unique architecture set against the backdrop of The Swan River. The Bell Tower is open from Thurs – Sun 10am – 4pm and the bells are rung on Thursdays and Sunday at 12pm – 1pm.
Rottnest Island: sitting just off the coast of Perth, Rottnest is home to pristine white beach, cycling trails, some of WA’s best snorkelling and surf spots and of course, the friendly quokka! Walk to Elizabeth Quay, catch the ferry and spend the day! Ferry Tickets can be booked via Rottnest Express or Sealink.
Kings Park Botanic Gardens: One of the world’s largest and most beautiful inner-city parks, Kings Park boasts incredible gardens, sweeping views of the city and the swan river, playgrounds, walking trails and more. Take the bikes and spend the day picnicking in the sun!

Bodhi J is Perth’s premier luxury spa retreat, creating unique spaces to relax and indulge.
Alternatively, stroll over to Como Shambhala at The Treasury buildings in the city. Make sure to book ahead!
Swimming Pool
We don’t have a swimming pool but we can point you in the direction of a great one nearby. Plus, Perth is known for its iconic beaches. We are a short, 25-minute drive from some of the best spots in the West. We especially recommend heading to the coast for sunset.
